Please read the following guidelines carefully before starting your transcript application

• Official transcripts will only be delivered to an institutional email address; personal email addresses will not be accepted.
• All applications and payments must be made exclusively through PAULESI account provided. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
• Transcripts requested using non-official emails or collected in person will be watermarked as Student Copy.
• All information must be entered accurately and completely.
